Session Structures

Plenary Sessions:

is a platform for all conference delegates to participate in discussions on issues of common concern debated by a panel of high-level experts or addressed by key figures or dignitaries in the industry.

Sessions:

The Geneva Security Forum will have many conference sessions designed for a smaller and a more focused group of stakeholders to address specific areas of global security. Sessions will be chaired and moderated by senior executives in the industry and could take the form of roundtables, boardroom style discussions and panel discussions. These sessions will most likely be conducted with an outcome in mind, and employ different frameworks for discussion.

In addition, The Geneva Security Forum could establish private meetings for industry captains. These private meetings can be a platform for a “closed-door” dialogue on issues of common concern that affect their industry.

Training Seminars:

As companies launch their new products, organizing a seminar on the occasion of The Geneva Security Forum will provide economies of scale for product launches that can be tied to product training seminars. Additionally, security seminars can be organized by governments and businesses to demonstrate the latest security applications.

Showcase:

The Geneva Security Forum has access to over 102,000 m2, half of which can be dedicated to exhibition space to promote, demonstrate and sell security products, services and applications to a targeted security audience from business, government and key stakeholders from civil society.
